IJsselstein October 21th, 2025. Today marks the official launch of TransferOne, a new worldwide platform that allows individuals and small business owners to send large files easily and securely, free of charge and without hidden conditions.

With TransferOne, users can share files worldwide and up to 100 GB per transfer. No need for complex accounts, subscriptions, or advertisements. The platform is developed by Msafe Secure Software Solutions, a Dutch software company specializing in secure data sharing and information protection.

Everyone should be able to share safely, without it being complicated or expensive,” says Hennie Jansen, Chief Commercial Officer at Msafe. “Many freelancers and small businesses still rely on generic cloud or email services to send files, which often lack proper security or privacy controls. TransferOne offers a reliable alternative, built in the Netherlands, with full respect for the user.”

Simple, secure, and transparent

Users can upload files in just a few clicks, add password or PIN protection, and share via a secure link. All data is hosted on Dutch servers and falls fully under Dutch and European privacy regulations (GDPR). Files are automatically deleted after the user defined retention period, ensuring that data never stays online longer than necessary.

Who is TransferOne for?

TransferOne is designed for anyone who wants to share files occasionally without compromising on safety or ease of use. Ideal for:

  • Photographers sharing large image files with clients.
  • Designers and marketers sending creative work or proposals.
  • Freelancers sharing confidential documents with accountants or clients.
  • Individuals who want to share personal photos or files privately.

Free and trustworthy

TransferOne will always remain free for transfers up to 25 GB. For professionals who need more capacity or advanced security features, an Ultimate version is available with higher limits and additional options.

We want to show that privacy and simplicity can go hand in hand,” adds Atze Zwirs CEO of Msafe. “With TransferOne, you always know where your data is and who has access to it. That’s not a luxury anymore; it’s a necessity.”

Can the US just access Msafe data?

Your data resides with Msafe on Microsoft Azure in the Netherlands, with Microsoft Ireland as the contracting party. Yet we often hear the question: can U.S. legislation, such as the U.S. CLOUD Act, affect the sovereignty of customer data? In this article we clearly explain what the U.S. can and cannot enforce, why data location is not the same as jurisdiction, and how often this occurs in practice. We also show what measures Msafe deploys to minimize risk: EU hosting, client-side/end-to-end encryption, strict access with MFA and policies, and full audit trails. So that you can share securely and remain demonstrably compliant.
